The DC Square Dance Collective and the Baltimore Square dance are excited to announce the return of Dare to Be Square DMV at Prince William Forest Park, May 19-21! We hope you can join us for a weekend of square dancing, old-time music, and revelry at a cabin camp just an hour south of DC!
We’ll have performances and workshops from Earl White Stringband and more artists TBA! Calling and dance instruction from Janine Smith, more callers TBA and possibly you!

Unlike our usual dances, advance registration is required. Early bird registration is only $80 through April 3. The registration fee is all-inclusive and covers evening dances, daytime workshops, onsite lodging, and meals. There are also discounts for kids and for musicians who volunteer to play for workshops – drop us a line if you’re interested. We’re also happy to help arrange carpools.
