The DC Square Dance Collective and the Baltimore Square dance are excited to announce the return of Dare to Be Square DMV at Prince William Forest Park, May 6-8! We hope you can join us for a weekend of square dancing, old-time music, and revelry at a cabin camp just an hour south of DC!
We’ll have performances and workshops from the Dolly & the Devil String Band (featuring Janie Rothfield) and Furnace Mountain! Calling and dance instruction from LP Kelly, Becky Hill, and possibly you!

Unlike our usual dances, advance registration is required. Early bird registration is only $75 through March 22. The registration fee covers all evening dances, daytime workshops, onsite lodging, and meals. There are also discounts for kids and for musicians who volunteer to play for workshops – drop us a line if you’re interested. We’re also happy to help arrange carpools.
